With respect for our staff and other guests, here’s what we ask of you when booking your time with us:
Your time is reserved just for you; if you don’t show up, you miss out, someone else who could have had your spot misses out, and your spa professional misses out.
Of course, we understand that unforeseen circumstances come up, just give us a call. Cancellations within twenty four hours will be charged fifty percent of treatment fee and no shows are charged in full.
