With respect for our staff and other guests, here’s what we ask of you when booking your time with us:

Your reservation is a special time set aside just for you. To make time for other guests and accommodate our spa professionals, we require 24 hours notice for any changes. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We will always utilize our waitlist in order to help prevent charges. However, cancellations made less than twenty four hours in advance will incur a fifty percent charge. No-shows are charged in full.

Additional Online Booking Details:

    • For convenience, online bookings are prepaid and include a fifteen percent gratuity for convenience
    • When scheduling multiple treatments, first visit the online store tab to purchase desired services and the booking process will then be a breeze under appointment tab
    • All spa packages must be scheduled over the phone with our spa coordinators
